Alicia, an accomplished Administrator in Indiana, brings years of expertise in Senior Living. Skilled in team building, culture, financial performance, and census growth, she consistently delivers exceptional results.

Passionate about helping seniors, Alicia thrives on collaboration and believes the best ideas emerge from shared experiences. She serves on the boards of Aging Connections of Michiana and the Michiana Institute for Successful Aging. Alicia holds a Bachelor’s in Political Science and Psychology, completed the Nursing Home Administration program at Michigan State, and is a Certified Memory Care Professional.

Outside work, Alicia enjoys traveling, concerts, and exploring the outdoors, especially in Tennessee. A football fan and Alabama Crimson Tide enthusiast, she finds daily inspiration that fuels her work.
